Notes:  Ipads can be extremely motivating for students and are amazing tools to encourage communication.   Students who may not usually want to take turn, will remain attentive in order to have a turn on the Ipad. Although they can be a source of independent work, they also make amazing tools for collaboration and teamwork between students.  If you would like to explore different technology in your classroom please get in touch with your Alternative Curriculum Support Coach.  Your school's SLP, OT, and AT support staff are also great resources as well.
